How to purchase a Property in Saadi Town?

If you are willing to purchase a property in Saadi Town. Please make sure that you are aware of following procedure to get the Plot / Home within Saadi Town.
  1. Get a help of Local Property Dealer
  2. Visit the property site
  3. Check the Documents
If you are ready to purchase the property, please read this article before making your decision.
In Saadi Town, purchase of property is not that much difficult. If you have made your mind, please make sure to check all kind of documents before proceeding ahead.
Make sure that you verify these documents via registered offices. These documents include;
  1. Property Documents
  2. Lease Deed
  3. NOC Mukhtiar Kar
  4. NOC Malir Cantt / Dues Clearance
  5. NOC Pakland / Dues Clearance
Once you’ve checked all the documents and have been verified from their offices, you need to publish an ad in Local Newspaper and wait for 2-4 weeks, so if there is any dispute against the property, that should be appeared.
All Done???
Now you are good to go to make a deal.
  1. First you need to visit the Registrar Office, where Buyer and Seller needs to be available alongwith all Original Documents.
  2. You need to make a Payment (It is good to make a payment via Pay Order / Demand Draft) and you’ll be proceeding with the documentation process.
  3. You will be handed over all the documents of the property by Seller and as per Registrar Office, the property will be now on your name.
  4. New documents will take some time to be processed. Documentation Processing is based on 2 processes, Urgent and Normal. If you are in hurry, you can get the documents to be approved within 10-15 days but you have to pay a higher fees or else you can go with normal process.
  5. Remember, before making a registry, you should get a copy of NOC of Malir Cantt, Pakland and NOC of Mukhtiar Kar. You will be told by Property Dealers that they will take care and everything will be done. Don’t be betrayed. You’ll be in problem in this way by pay more money to these property dealers.
  6. Once the process is over and you have your documents in hand. Now you need to go through with Pakland Mutation Process. During this process, you’ll entitle yourself within Pakland Housing Limited that the property is yours. You need to provide them with all basic documents, newpaper cutting and their fees.
  7. By 5-15 days you’ll get your Mutation Certificate by Pakland.
  8. For Malir Cantt Registry, it is up to you, if you want to register your name in that record or you want to continue as it is. You’ve to pay separate fee for that as well.
  9. Once you’ve Pakland Mutation, you can get NOC for SSGC Line, Apply for K-Electric Connection or any other basic requirement you have with your own name. For Details on getting basic utilities please click here.
